We had a fantastic stay at this hotel complex. The villas were wonderful, just like in the pictures - spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely swimming pool. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a stunning outside area and an amazing pool just for residents. The location was great, close to the best beach on the island, and within walking or biking distance to a food market and supermarkets. The staff, especially Ilya and his wife, were fantastic hosts, providing us with lots of information and recommendations on where to go and what to do. They were always accessible and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel is located near the best beach on Koh Samui, making it a perfect choice for families with small kids. the spacious villas are well-equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen and comfortable beds. the manager, Ilya, is always available to assist and provides great recommendations for restaurants and places of interest. the property also has a swimming pool and a small playground for the kids, ensuring a fun and enjoyable stay.
It is essential to have a car for easier exploration of the area.

Great apartment! We were pleased with the size and cleanliness. The location was perfect, up in the hills but still close enough to the beach and market. Plus, the pool was refreshing and had a nice view.
The lack of basic services like breakfast and daily cleaning was a letdown. We would have loved to have the option to have breakfast.

The place exceeded my expectations! the villa was incredibly spacious with not one but two bedrooms, a lovely swimming pool and a well-equipped kitchen. the location was perfect as it was only a short stroll to the nearby market and supermarket. the villa was also tucked away in a nice and peaceful area which was just what we needed. Bonus points for the friendly hosts who were always on hand to help us out and provide us with some great local recommendations. Lastly, not many places cater to children like this villa did which was very appreciated.
this was just a minor issue overall and did not detract from our overall experience.
